Terms of Service

Guest POV is a photo and memory sharing platform for events. By creating an account or using Guest POV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Guest POV is currently in early access (MVP). Features, pricing and policies may change before public launch. We will notify registered users of significant changes.

As a host, you are responsible for your event and its content. You must not create events for illegal, harmful or deceptive purposes. You are responsible for who you share your event QR code or link with.

You may remove any content from your event gallery at any time using the gallery management tools.

Guests who upload photos or videos to a Guest POV event do not need to create an account. Guests confirm they have the right to upload the content they share. Guests should not upload content that features other people without their consent.

Hosts can remove guest uploads. Guests cannot delete their own uploads after submission, but may contact us to request removal.

You and your guests retain ownership of all photos and videos uploaded to Guest POV. By uploading, you grant Guest POV a limited licence to store and display your content as part of the event gallery service.

We do not use your photos or videos for advertising, AI training or any purpose outside of delivering the Guest POV service.

Original quality file downloads are available as part of specific keepsake plans. Files are stored at the resolution they were uploaded. Bulk export and ZIP download features are in development.

Some Guest POV features require a paid plan or one-off purchase. Pricing is shown at point of purchase. During early access, pricing may change. Existing paid plans will be honoured at the price agreed at time of purchase.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Guest POV service
• Use Guest POV for spam, phishing or fraudulent activity
• Scrape or automate access without our written consent

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or deletion.

Guest POV is in active development. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We will aim to give reasonable notice for significant changes. Continued use of Guest POV after changes means you accept the updated terms.
